What does joining this movement entail? Whatever you want!

GivingTuesdayMilitary is a movement, defined by joy and hope, that brings us together. As we gear up for this year's kindness takeover, we hope you'll think of creative ways you can inspire, inform, build support - and create moments  of joy within your own community.
 

Here are the roles:
Become an Ambassador - You're the boots on the ground organizing the projects, groups, growing your team and sharing the mission of kindness everywhere.
Join a Team - Find an ambassador-led group and work alongside them on community projects.
Be a Participant - Spread kindness on #GivingTuesdayMilitary by doing something kind on your own.

Memorandum of Understanding

INTRODUCTION
How this document should be used:
This  Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) seeks to memorialize a shared and  agreed-upon ethos of responsible leadership for Chapter Ambassadors,  team members, and participants for #GivingTuesdayMilitary, which is a campaign housed under the global Giving Tuesday movement and  Unleash Global Good LLC. By joining this mission, you will be a part of  a global generosity movement. 

Responsibilities:

• Chapter Ambassadors, team members, and participants shall not charge any fees to any person or organization to participate in #GivingTuesdayMilitary.
• Chapter Ambassadors, team members, and participants shall not ask for monetary donations when using the hashtag #GivingTuesdayMilitary on social media or when representing the campaign in any way. Partnering with businesses and organizations to collect items for projects is fine but we ask that no ambassador collect money in the name of this movement.
• Chapter Ambassadors, team members, and participants shall ensure they do not misrepresent the mission of #GivingTuesdayMilitary.
• Chapter Ambassadors, team members, and participants agree to actively participate in the #GivingTuesdayMilitary movement and share the mission, help grow participants, and encourage 1 million acts of kindness.
